Former Cross River State Governor Donald Duke, and ex-Minister of Information, Prof Jerry Gana have opined that Nigeria’s progress is being hindered by the lack of emphasis on education.

Duke, and Gaba believed that concerted efforts are not being made to retain the country’s best minds, who could contribute to its greatness.
