Nigerian music producer and singer, Moses Philip Kayode, known as Pheelz, recently opened up about the pivotal role Rema played in reshaping his career trajectory from producer to artist.

Recalling the impactful tweet, Pheelz shared, “Rema tweeted ‘the world is on pause for you to catch up,’ and I felt that was a message directed at me personally.” He described how this simple yet profound statement sparked something within him, igniting a sense of urgency to fully explore his own musical potential.

“I couldn’t afford to leave the world with all the talent I had left behind,” Pheelz confessed, emphasizing his newfound determination to make the most of his creative gifts. “I kept telling myself I have to die empty,” he added, underscoring his commitment to pour his heart and soul into his craft without reservation.
