Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable has been released by the Lagos State Police Command after meeting the necessary bail conditions on Wednesday.

Portable’s arrest on Tuesday was in connection with a debt dispute with a car dealer, Ogunsanwo Temitope of Temmy Autos, over a N27 million G-Wagon purchase.

According to Temitope, Portable only paid N13 million and refused to settle the outstanding N14 million balance, leading to a petition and subsequent arrest.

Portable’s release was confirmed by the Lagos State Police spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin.
