Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson has confirmed he will remain with the club this season, despite rumors linking him to a move to Saudi Arabia. After feeling unsettled at the Etihad, the Brazilian had serious discussions with manager Pep Guardiola and the club’s board, ultimately deciding to stay.

Ederson explained, “I’ve made my decision. I’ll be staying at Manchester City this season. My conversation with Pep was key, and I’m fully focused on winning more titles here.”

He added that he also spoke with the board and his teammates before making his choice to stay. He was in goal as City triumphed over Manchester United in the Community Shield on Saturday.
