1.Victor Boniface’s Fitness Assessment
Striker Victor Boniface, who just joined from Bayer Leverkusen, seemed to struggle a bit with his fitness during the session.
His limited playing time at the German club appeared to affect his performance, as he fell behind in several drills, highlighting the need for some extra conditioning.
2. Emphasis on Goalkeepers’ Ball-Playing Skills
Coach Chelle is clearly aiming to modernize the team’s style of play by honing the goalkeepers’ skills with the ball at their feet.
The drills were specifically designed to improve the shot-stoppers’ ball-handling abilities, ensuring they can seamlessly integrate into the team’s buildup play.
3. Promotion of Long-Range Shooting
The coaching staff was keen on encouraging players to take advantage of shooting opportunities from a distance.
