  • Victor Osimhen collector’s boxes earned Galatasaray €4.2m in days, selling 20,000 units shortly after launch.

  • Priced at 9,999 Turkish Lira, they could bring in €21.5m if all 100,000 sell.

  • The sales boost Galatasaray’s push for higher commercial revenue this season.

Galatasaray pulled in €4.2 million within days from their special Victor Osimhen collector’s boxes, after fans snapped up 20,000 pre-orders almost instantly.

The club priced each box at 9,999 Turkish Lira and produced them entirely in-house, riding the wave of excitement over the 26-year-old Nigerian striker’s permanent €75 million move from Napoli this summer.

The sales, worth about 200 million Turkish Lira, flow straight into Galatasaray’s coffers via their GS Store.

Each ‘Solo Il Gala’ box packs a limited-edition jersey with a unique serial number, an Osimhen mask, and a scarf.

A QR code on the jersey tag unlocks exclusive digital content, while Osimhen’s personal note inside thanks fans for their loyalty.

Victor Osimhen Collector’s Boxes Earn Galatasaray €4.2m

This release marks Osimhen’s second stint at the club, where he now earns €20 million per season.

Gala are willing to sell 100,000 boxes, to generate €21.5 million enough to cover Osimhen’s €15 million annual pay.

The club’s merchandising push forms part of a broader plan to boost revenue after heavy squad investments.

Last season, Galatasaray raked in €85 million from shirt sales and project €150 million in total commercial revenue this year—dwarfing their €18 million domestic TV rights earnings.

“Fans are our biggest investors. We call on them again to fill the stadium and support this team. Every Osimhen box purchased is a contribution to writing history.” – club president Dursun Özbek said.

Osimhen became a fan favourite last season during his loan spell, smashing 37 goals and delivering eight assists in 41 matches.

His prolific form earned him a permanent deal.
