Juventus attacker, Federico Chiesa has reacted to Italy’s unbeaten run brought to an end after a 2-1 defeat to Spain on Wednesday.
A Ferran Torres’ double ended the Azzurri’s record-setting 37-game unbeaten streak in the Semi-final of the UEFA Nations League.
Spain had grabbed their win even before Leonard Bonucci of Italy was sent off after receiving his second yellow card in the 42nd minute.

The visitors doubled their lead at the San Siro when Manchester City forward extinguished the 10 men’s hope in the last minute of the 1st half.
It was actually a great victory as Spain is now in the Final.
The son of former footballer Enrico Chiesa has, however, said it was’nt shocking that Spain had beaten them.

He explained that the loss was something they had always anticipated after winning many games as no condition is permanent; “It Was Obvious Italy Will Lose One Day.” The 23-year-old revealed.
Prior to the defeat, Italy had won 28 matches, drawn just only 9 in 37 games since October 2018 and remained unbeaten for 3 years.
Following the defeat, the 23-year-old advised via an interview with RAI Sport, that they should not be weighed down as they need to get down and pass on.
He said: “We lost after many games, we set a world record, so in the end, it had to happen. As everyone said over the last few days, it had to happen eventually.”
“Congratulations to Spain for a really good performance. We could’ve been more clinical at times, but Spain deserved their victory.”
“We always have enthusiasm, determination, and running to the very end for Italy and our coach. It’s the first defeat, but this won’t stop our momentum and we look forward to the next match.”
“Obviously, it’s tough down to 10 men and Spain were already playing well when we had 11. Nonetheless, we had two really big chances in the first half and then conceded an avoidable goal on the stroke of half-time which allowed Spain to come out after the restart feeling really comfortable.”
