Pep Guardiola said Erling Haaland had a “born instinct” to score a goal, after the striker captured a clamp for Manchester City in the Champions League on Tuesday.
The 22 -year -old player reached 25 goals in 20 Champions League appearances. The previous record after 20 appearances was 16, by Ruud van Nistelrooy and Roberto Soldado.
Speaking of the striker, Guardiola said:

“This is the instinct that he was born that he had brought from the cradle and he had been shown in Austria, in Germany and now with us.
“This is a unique reality of this player. This is a natural instinct to score goals.”
The Haaland’s record of 20 matches to reach 25 Champions League goals is 10 matches faster than other players, with the second Van Nistelrooy in 30 matches.
