Breaking: El-Rufai Lifts Lockdown In Kaduna After 75 Days

Nigeria, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has lifted the total lockdown order imposed on citizens following thr outbreak of the dreaded coronavirus in the state.

The lockdown which was an outright attempt by the government to contain the spread of the lethal virus was imposed upon of the invocation of the Quarantine Act and the Kaduna State Public Health Law to impose the Quarantine Regulations.

Reps Demand Ban on Herdsmen Entering Nigeria

According to the Governor, the Quarantine Order will be reviewed and amended to allow for the resumption significant activities in the state, especially with regards to economic activities and worship centres.

However, public places such as schools and markets remain closed until further notice. While
Mosques and Churches are permitted to run only Juma’at, Sunday services respectively.
