Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, the Governor-elect of Anambra State has been presented with a certificate of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The presentation follows the emergence of the former Central Bank of Nigeria governor as the winner of the November 6 gubernatorial election in Anambra.
Soludo, who is the flag bearer for the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, was declared the winner by the electoral umpire on Sunday, November 7 in Awka, the state capital.

He was presented with the certificate on Friday by INEC officials in Awka.
