The governor of Delta state, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, alongside his wife, Edith, have tested positive to the novel coronavirus, Daily Report Nigeria can confirm.

Okowa made the revelation via his official Twitter handle, He made the revelation on his official Twitter handle, @IAOkowa on Wednesday morning.

Okowa tweeted:
“My wife and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are well and continuing with our isolation/medication.
