Transfer insider Ben Jacobs has weighed in on Victor Osimhen’s potential destination once he departs Napoli this summer, indicating that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is the likely destination for the Nigerian international, rather than Chelsea or Arsenal.
Osimhen has been the subject of speculation linking him to various clubs, with PSG emerging as a strong contender. The Ligue 1 champions are reportedly considering Osimhen as a replacement for Kylian Mbappé, who is expected to depart in the upcoming transfer window.
With PSG aiming to strengthen their attacking options, Osimhen’s arrival could bolster their offensive department significantly.

Speaking on CaughtOffside’s The Debrief, Jacobs shared insights into the transfer saga, suggesting that Chelsea might opt out of signing Osimhen due to concerns about breaching the Premier League Profit and Sustainability Rules.
“Arsenal like Joshua Zirkzee, they have been scouting Viktor Gyokeres, I think it’s less likely at this stage that they’re too aggressive on Victor Osimhen, PSG are maybe the more likely destination, but if Osimhen decides he wants to come to the Premier League and Arsenal enter the race, Arsenal can go head to head, they might even get ahead, financially speaking, of Chelsea.”
