This was made known through his counsel, while explaining he had been stigmatized, maltreated and humiliated.

This drama started following a supposed video recordings shared online by celebrity critic, Verydarkman, in which Bobrisky allegedly said he receive special treatment during his time in prison.

in recent news,he demands N1 billion in damages against the EFCC for alleged defamation and rights violations, and N200 million against the National Assembly for mental torture and stigmatization.

He described the actions of the respondents as a breach of his constitutional rights, citing provisions of Article 2 and 7 of the African Charter and Chapter IV of the 1999 Constitution.
