Madonna, the iconic American singer, has set a record for the largest single-artist concert in history. The 65-year-old achieved this milestone at the final show of her Celebration Tour in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
According to Live Nation, a massive 1.6 million people showed up for the concert on Copacabana Beach, marking it as the biggest standalone concert by an individual artist. Notably, tickets for the event were free.
Madonna captivated the enormous crowd with a mix of her most famous songs, like “Nothing Really Matters,” “Like a Prayer,” and “Vogue.” Brazilian star Anitta also joined her on stage during the performance.
