‘Mane is Absolutely Insane’ – Klopp Speaks After 3-1 Win Over Norwich

Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Sadio Mane is absolutely insane following side’s 3-1 win against Norwich on Saturday.

The Senegalese scored for Klopp’s side to close gaps between them and the leaders, Manchester City to six points.

The Yellows first took a lead in the 48th minute of the encounter held at Anfield when Milot Rashica scored from a shot that took a deflection.

However, the 29-year-old Mane found an equalizer with a bicycle-kick in the 64th minute and Konstantinos Tsimikas provided the assist.

The Egypt captain, Mohamed Salah doubled the lead as he found the net three minutes after Mane’s goal.

The Red’s new Signing, Luis Diaz completed the comeback through an excellent lob in the 81st minute.

Klopp told the club’s site: “Oh, definitely [Mane is a club legend]; [His] goal record is absolutely insane as well and the goal he scored today [Saturday] maybe shows the whole range of the things he can do.”

“He helped the team today massively with first playing in the centre, then going back to the left-wing, then being in the right moment in the centre, then doing a bicycle kick. Sadio has more than 100 goals as well.”

The German coach added: “He is a world-class striker wherever he will play: left-wing, right-wing, centre. He is a world-class striker and yes, it’s really helpful to have him here.”
