The Portuguese expressed his belief that Portugal has what it takes to emerge victorious in the competition. The tournament is scheduled to take place from June 14 to July 14, with Germany hosting the event.
Mourinho also identified England as another strong contender for the title. With talented players like Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane in their squad, Mourinho sees England as a formidable team capable of achieving success in Germany.

“It is a very good generation,” Mourinho said. “They [England] got to the Euro [2020] final, they can do it.
“The mentality of the guys who have gone abroad, Bellingham for example, I believe there is something that separates him from the boys that were born in England, developed in England, and are playing in England.
“I cannot say I wish they [England] do it because I think Portugal can do it and I wish Portugal would do it.”
