Nigerian Man Nabbed With N515m Drugs In India

The Delhi Police said it has arrested two (2) persons, including a Nigerian national, after 10.5kg of ‘Amphetamine’ drugs worth Rs 10 crore (N515,355,974.00) was found in their possession at the New Delhi Railway Station, India.

The drugs commonly known as ‘speed’ or ‘ice’, are reportedly worth Rs 10 crore (N515m) in the international market.

Confirming the arrest, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Delhi (Railway), Harenda Singh, affirmed that while checking the luggages of the two suspects, about 10.5kg of ‘amphetamine’ worth Rs 10 crore were recovered from their bags.

Further investigations has commenced, as quoted by the police.
