The 24-year-old has scored 49 goals and provided 14 assists in 89 appearances already across all competitions for the Partenopei.
The Nigeria International was on the score sheet and also had his goal ruled out by VAR in the first leg, which Napoli won 2-0.
Napoli are looking to secure a place in the quarter-finals of the competition for the first time in their history.
