Power has been restored after a nationwide power outage caused by a network failure that lasted several hours.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has announced that power supply to its customers has been restored following a nationwide power blackout.
The power outage occurred Thursday morning and was reportedly caused by multiple factors, including a lack of gas supply to power plants and technical problems at some transmission stations.
The power outage affected customers across the country, including those served by EKEDC.
