The popular and ever busy market in Aba, Abia state, has been shut down by traders over the trial of the Leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra(IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

A trader who spoke with newsmen in one of the shopping centres said they did not close down the shops in support of Nnamdi Kanu, but in fear that there could be violence in regards to the trial.
