Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state on Monday swore in the elected Chairmen of the 25 ocal government areas of the state in Asaba, the state capital.

The Chairmen emerged victorious at the March 6 elections and were declared winners by the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission, DSIEC.
