BRRAKING: Nigeria Records Biggest Win, Thrash Sao Tome 10-0

Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Monday recorded their biggest win in history by thrashin the ‘The Falcons and True Parrots’of São Tomé and Príncipe 10-0 in an African Cup of Nations qualifier.

The match played at the Grand Stade Agadir, also known as Adrar Stadium, in Morocco saw the Nigerian team take the minnows to the cleaners in subliminal fashion.

Striker Victor Osihmen, who grabbed four goals in the encounter, needed just 9 minutes to open his account of the afternoon.

Moses Simon, Ademola Lukman, Terem Moffi, Emmanuel Dennis and Oghenekaro Etebo all wrote their names on the score sheet as the Eagles matched on without stop.

The win leaves the Nigerian team top of Group A, having secured a 2-1 home win against Sierra Leone at the MKO Abiola Stadium, Abuja on Thursday.

Prior to Monday’s encounter, Nigeria’s biggest win was when the Super Eagles thrashed West African neighbours, Benin Republic 10-1 in 1959.
