In it’d ruling on Thursday, the court held that the Zamfara State Election Petitions Tribunal did not consider the evidence provided by the appellants – All Progressives Congress (APC).

The court also dismissed the results provided by the APC and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for Maradun Local Government.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Dauda Lawal of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), winner of the March 18 governorship election.
