The Ijaw Youth Council, Obotebe Kingdom, has congratulated its paramount ruler, HRM Emmanuel Arikawei, Ogisi I, on the occasion of his 4th coronation anniversary.
In a statement by its Chairman, Comrade Andaowei Okou, the IYC described the Ebenanaowi of Obotebe as a bringer of peace, unity and development.

“On behalf of my executive members, I congratulate our amiable and indefatigable King; HRM. Emmanuel Warewini Arikawei (JP) Ogisi 1, on his 4th year coronation anniversary as the Ebenanawei of Obotebe Kingdom.
“Sir, since you assume the throne of our fore bearers, you have brought rapid development, peace and unity to our ancient Kingdom.
“I have no iota of doubt that, the years ahead will be impactful from your leadership.
“May God Almighty give you the wisdom of King Solomon to pilot the affairs of our great Kingdom, Obotebe.
“Once again, congratulations our King.”
