Lagos-Badagry Expressway To Get N15bn From NNPC Tax Credit Fund – FG

The federal government has disclosed the Agbara-Seme border section of the Lagos-Badagry expressway project will receive N15 billion of the NNPC tax credit fund.

Federal controller of works Lagos, Olukayode Popoola, who made this known on Sunday in an interview with NAN, said the intervention fund will fast-track the ongoing reconstruction of the road.

he was quoted as saying: “NNPC fund that is coming is about N15 billion. It will be used for the section where CGC is working between Agbara to Seme border,”

“The contractor never moved out of site. They are on site and are working as we speak.”

He also said the last Sukuk fund allocated to the project was still running.
