An Abuja businessman, Mr Justine Onu has disclosed how he caught his brother with his wife having intercourse on their matrimonial bed.
Onu explained the event had made him suffer heartbreak and high blood pressure.
He hence headed to Customary Court in Jikwoyi, FCT to dissolve his marriage to his embattled wife, Joyce.

Narrating his ordeal, the husband stated the marriage had so troubled him to the extent that he had become hypertensive.
According to him, his wife had a bad attitude which made him depend on medication for survival because of the trauma.
The petitioner told the court that Joyce had been unfaithful to her marital vows by sleeping with different men and this time, with his brother.
He said:
“My wife has been having extra-marital affairs with different men. The worst of it all is that I caught her having s3x with a blood relative.”
The petitioner also told the Court that his wife does not know how to manage things in the home; very wasteful and does not know that things are hard in the country.
He said:
“Whenever she decides to cook, she cooks excessively and the food ends up in the trash.”
He further alleged that his wife, Joyce, was irresponsible and does not take care of the children.
However, the respondent, Joyce denied all allegations brought against her.
The Presiding Judge, Labaran Gusau, further adjourned the matter for further hearing to enable the wife to respond to the allegations against her by her husband.
