Mr Eazi Donates N5m to Help Stranded Africans in Ukraine and Russia

Mr. Eazi, the pioneer of Banku music, has donated N5 million to help Africans stranded in Ukraine.

Craze Clown, a comedian, announced this in a post on his Twitter account.

The media personality praised the singer for his humanitarian act and urged other celebrities and well-meaning individuals to follow in Mr Eazi’s footsteps.

“Thank you soooo much @mreazi for the massive donation of 5 million naira to help African students stranded in Ukraine,” he wrote in his post.

Please, I implore anyone who can assist in any way to do so… I’ll be posting more donation links in the coming days.

“At this point, all assistance is required; there is a lot.”

On Friday, the first batch of Nigerians, primarily students stranded as a result of Russia’s attack on Ukraine, arrived in Abuja.

While seeking safety, some Africans, including Nigerians and Ghanaians, were able to cross into Poland, Hungary, and Romania.
