A 35-year-old Nigerian, identified only as Victor, was reportedly stabbed in the chest and abdomen during an argument with his friend in the late hours of Sunday, December 12.
Victor, who has lived in Bengaluru for over 10 years is married to a Bengaluru woman.
3 suspects; Arun, Philip Raj and Neelakantha, have been arrested in relation to the murder and are all residents of Banaswadi.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (East), SD Sharanappa, said on Monday, December 13, that “scientific investigation helped to identify the accused persons.”
Banaswadi police suspect that the accused had a clash with Victor prior to the incident which was the reason he was attacked.
Victor was walking on the road when they attacked and stabbed him in the chest and abdomen before fleeing from the spot. he was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was confirmed dead.
