Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial: Aisha Yesufu Reacts To Police Threatening To Shoot IPOB Member in Court

A popular activist, Aisha Yesufu, has condemned a policeman threatening to shoot a member of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, who was at the Federal High Court, Abuja to show support to the leader of the Pro-Biafra group, Nnamdi Kanu.

The senior policeman had earlier ordered members of the group to vacate the court premises.

He then threatened to shoot one of the supporters when they refused to obey the order.

In a tweet, Yesufu wrote: “What nonsense is that? Is the @PoliceNG man not there because of the Nigerian constitution?

“Why then is he denying people what the constitution has allowed? Wherein is the rule of law?”
