Peter Obi: Soludo Wants To Be The First Igbo President – Gbadamosi

Former governorship candidate of the African Democratic Party in Lagos State, Babatunde Gbadamosi has revealed why Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State is fighting the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi.

According to Gbadamosi who recently left the Peoples Democratic Party for Labour Party, Soludo is out to smear the image of Obi in a bid to dampen his chances at the 2023 presidential poll.

Expressing disgust over Soludo’s attitude, Gbadamosi suggested that the former Central Bank governor is motivated by his own presidential ambition.

In a tweet on Friday, Gbadamosi stressed that Soludo intends to stop every other Igbo son from emerging president before him.

Gbadamosi said;

“I am beyond disgusted with Soludo ignoring Obiano & blaming Obi for the failure of investments he handed over to Obiano.

“He showed a dark side of himself today that I think is driven by his own Presidential ambition. He wants to stop any Igbo man from getting it before himself.”

Meanwhile, Soludo in a lengthy post on Monday, insisted that Peter Obi may not emerge this position, let alone winning the poll in 2023.
