After the match, a tweet from @footballonTNT on X highlighted that Saka had achieved 50 assists for Arsenal across various competitions. This statistic also recognized Saka as the sixth Premier League player to achieve at least 50 goals and assists each since November 2018.

This accomplishment places Bukayo Saka in the esteemed company of Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne, Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, former Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez, Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes, and Tottenham Hotspur’s Son Heung-min.

In response to the tweet, Ferdinand commended Saka, referring to him as a “50/50 Star Boy doing Star Boy things!”.
