Managing Director of the Delta State Oil Producing Area Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Bashorun Askia Ogieh, has applauded the emergence of Nigeria’s former Minister for Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as Director-General of the World Trade Organisation.
