A video showing heavy manipulation of results during Saturday’s local government elections in Delta state has surfaced online.
Although the location were the incident took place could not be ascertained at press time, youths of a particular ward could be seen thumb printing on ballot papers in an environment that does not in any way look like a polling unit.
A staff of the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission looked on helplessly as the youths continued with their adventure.
