Engr. Munnir Atiku Lamido, the National Vice President of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), has been declared missing.

Lamido was declared missing by thr Miyetti Allah National Public Relations Officer, Alhaji Muhammad Nura Abdullahi, via a statement on Friday.

The statement read in part, “We feel compelled to inform the general public and the security agencies that Engr. Munnir Atiku Lamido is missing. Engr. Munnir holds the position of National Vice President at MACBAN.

“On Friday, the 23rd of June, 2023, he departed from his residence in Katsina State, intending to travel to Kaduna. However, he has been missing since that time.”

The statement added that Lamido’s vehicle was seen on packed along the road connecting Jos and Kaduna, near Mararraban Jos town, on Thursday, with all his mobile phones inside.

Anyone with reasonable information regarding Lamido’s whereabouts has been urged to contact the police.
