Ballon D’or 2021: Jorginho Reveals What He’ll Do if He Doesn’t Win

Chelsea midfielder, Jorginho has let out what he will do if he is not named the Ballon D’ Or winner this year.

The 29-year-old asserted if he didn’t win the award, no complaint, otherwise, he would concentrate on something else.

The Brazilian-born said this amid acknowledgment of the UEFA’s best player of the year award he has won.

He revealed this via a statement with Globo Esporte about the 2021 Ballon d’Or.

Jorginho has won the UEFA Champions League in May, Euro 2020, the European Supercup, and the UEFA Men’s Player of the Year award in 2021.

Also, he has been one of the 30 men nominated for the 2021 Ballon d’ Or award and he appears to be one of the favorites if not the only favorite.

Other favorite contenders include PSG’s Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski of Bayern Munich, Kevin De Bruyne of Man City, Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema, and Muhamed Salah of Liverpool.
