Klopp Reacts To Potter’s Sack as Chelsea Manager

Liverpool’s head coach, Jurgen Klopp has come to say he feels like the “Last man standing” after both manager Graham Potter and Brendan Rodgers lost their jobs.

Recall that Potter was relieved from his job on Sunday night while Rodgers was sacked as Leicester City’s manager the same day.

Klopp, while reacting to the sack at his pre-match press conference on Monday, ahead of Liverpool’s big clash against Chelsea, said, “What can I do about that?

“The elephant in the room is how I’m still sitting here in this crazy world. The last man standing!

“Both clubs aren’t in spots they expect to be, I can’t say much more. I know them both well, I respect them both, and I like them both. They’re both good people and fantastic managers.

“Things can go the wrong way and decision-makers think they need to change. We all accept this part of the business.”
