Lady Seeks Revenge for Her Mother Who Was Tied Up, Flogged for Days in Abia

The daughter of a widow who
was accused of witchcraft by her late husband’s brother’s wife, bound for two days, and flogged by youths in her community has demanded revenge.

Youths of Umueghu, Amaegbuato community, Nkpa Bende LGA, Abia state had tied up Mrs Amarachi Okechi( the accused witch) for two days.

Thereafter, the grown men in the community were invited to take turns to flog her five strokes each all over her body.

Luckily for her, the wife of the Abia State Governor came to her rescue and took her to a hospital

Meanwhile, Okechi’s
daughter, Flourish Victor has taken Facebook to react to her mother’s public humiliation and assault.

She explained how she hurried to Umuahia from Lagos when she heard what had been done to her mother.

Miss Victor who noted she couldn’t recognise her mother when she arrived said on Facebook;
My heart aches… I feel humiliated… I feel like I’m not alive again. I want revenge… I really want revenge.”
