No Obedients in Ondo – Akeredolu

The Governor of Ondo State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has stated that there are no supporters of Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Peter Obi who are popularly called “Obedients” in the state.

Akeredolu noted this when presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress(APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu visited factional leaderswof Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere, to present his manifesto to them.

Akeredolu, who was represented by his Deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, also insisted that power shift must be to the Southwest region of the country.

Meanwhile in another development
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has vowed not to work for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Abubakar Atiku, if Iyorchia Ayu remains the national chairman of the party.
Makinde stated this while featuring on Southwest Political Circuit, a popular programme on Fresh 105.9 FM Ibadan over the weekend.
