The Sheriffied Advocates For Good Governance (SAGG) has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on victory at the tribunal.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that the Delta State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal on Friday upheld the election of Oborevwori.
This is as the tribunal struck out the petitions by Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressives Congress for lacking merit.
Reacting to the judgment, SAGG in a statement by Comr Seiyefa Ekpemupolo and Comr. Yangaboy Erekedoumene, Chairman and Secretary, said;

(Elder) Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, the executive governor of Delta State as the 2023 Delta State election Tribunal affirms his victory at the 2023 polls.
The victory at the tribunal didn’t come as a surprise as we are much aware of the flawless victory and mandate seamlessly given to him by all Deltans.
This victory is a reaffirmation of the governorship material of Governor Oborevweri and that the MORE FOR DELTA agenda has come to put smiles on the faces of all Deltans.
We extend our hands of friendship to Chief Ovie Omo Agege of the APC who has lost on all fronts to dust off the sands, accept his defeat and fashion means he would contribute to the development and prosperity of our dear Delta State.
