Wizkid’s ‘Made in Lagos’ Hits 1 Billion Streams in Less Than a Year

Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has set a new record as his latest album, ‘Made in Lagos’ hits 1 billion streams.

The album was confirmed to have hit one billion streams on October 10, less than a year of the release. The album has also become the highest charting African album on the Billboard 200 yet.

Wizkid’s Made In Lagos has 322 million streams on Apple Music, 229 million streams on Spotify, 227 million streams on YouTube, over 140 million streams on Audiomack.

Others include Boomplay with 40.17 million streams and Pandora with 20.1 million streams
